Privacy Policy
Data Shield Protocols
SolarYxel command maintains strict protocols regarding crew privacy. This document details our approach to any information that may be collected during your voyage through our entertainment sector.
Information Sensors
SolarYxel operates without crew registration requirements. We do not actively scan for personal identifiers such as names, communication frequencies, physical locations, or identification numbers.
Passive sensors may detect certain technical signatures during docking procedures:
- Vessel identification strings for compatibility calibration
- Display specifications for visual optimization
- Sector coordinates derived from navigation routing
- Movement patterns within SolarYxel boundaries
Local Data Storage
SolarYxel utilizes your vessel's local storage systems to preserve age verification clearance. This prevents repetitive security checks during return missions. The clearance flag remains aboard your vessel, never transmitted to station databases.
Gaming progress including virtual fuel balances may also be preserved locally for mission continuity. Standard vessel data management systems can purge this information at your command.
Cookie Transmitters
Essential cookies may be deployed to maintain basic station functionality. These transmitters serve operational purposes only, without enabling surveillance or advertising coordination.
SolarYxel does not implement tracking beacons, marketing sensors, or analytics systems that monitor crew activities beyond our sector. Your journey remains contained within our space.
External Jump Points
Our station footer contains hyperlinks to responsible gaming support organizations. Activating these jump points transports you beyond SolarYxel jurisdiction. Review the privacy protocols of destination stations upon arrival.
Minor Protection Shields
SolarYxel entertainment systems are calibrated for mature audiences. We neither seek nor retain data from individuals below eighteen standard years. Detection of such data triggers immediate purge protocols.
Protocol Revisions
These Privacy Protocols may undergo revision as operational parameters evolve. Current versions supersede all previous transmissions. Continued station access indicates acceptance of active protocols.
